This is Takao's blog. I am studying Athetic Training at University of South Florida. New entry comes out everyday(hopefully). Am I ever going to have the day when I have a good command of English just like native- speakers? Hope the day will come to me....
I think I got a full mark on today's statistics exam. Yeah! It was easy actually... This time's full mark makes my grade three consecutive full marks for me.(OK??) I guess my having been good at math when I was high school students is still alive in me. (OK?)he-he.
There are 5 more exams and 2 papers left. Since I am going back to Japan in two weeks, I gotta finish all stuff by the day I go home and also gotta prepare for final exams. This and the week next must be a busiest week for me. Guess I gotta have a strong willpower to get through this time.
On the blight side, there are many fun things waiting for me after this semester. Until then, I am gonna focus on things just before me such as class exams or clinic assignments.
There are five exams to go!! Just do it.
OK, I am gonna head to FOI hoping I can learn some new stuff.
I haven't post yet, but I got my car the other day. I must thank to my parents for allowing me to possess it. thanks.
Since my budget was kinda limited, I bought very old car. The total amount of mileage is over 110,000 miles. In Japan, they never sell cars over 9k miles, so I worried some. I was not hoping but I had to expect that my car had some defaults which I should repair during this 2 years.
But I never thought that came yesterday. It was much much much sooner than I expected.
Just 2 weeks after I bought that car, when I was driving, I heard some weird noise and it started jolting when I tried to stop at the light.(jolt is proper for using here?? shaking or chattering is better??)
I though I got a flat tire and also the battery was getting old. So I had no alternative but to take my car to the repair shop, and one of mechanics figured out it was just a loose tire.
That meant the left front wheel didn't stick properly because of loose bolts. That have made some weird noise and bumpity feeling (is OK bumpily)when I stepped on the brake.
He told me I almost got a serious accident if I kept driving without fixing it, because a loose tire might cause a wheel to fall off. I got scared when I heard that, but anyway I was glad to go there without hesitation. What's a relief!!
I should be careful when I am driving. The experience I got today turned out to be a good lessen for safe driving.
take care of yourself! when people are sick, you can use this term for saying "take car of yourself"
I have been goofing off putting new posting for a month. Even it is short one, keeping putting new entries everyday is important and was actually the promise to myself.
At this rate, I think my English might improve less than I expected. I know class and FOI stuff are important, but I actually broke the promise to myself that I had decided to keep a dairy everyday. What the hell am I doing.... I know it seems kinda too late, but I will start again here. That way looks better than doing nothing even after this.
Even when the time is limited, posting a single posting doesn't take so much time. If I use some time before going bed, I should be able to keep it. Complaining about time available is just a ridiculous excuse.
Don't make the same mistake again. Don't complain about time. Just do it.
There is only one more exam before the spring break! I can't wait! Statistics. That exam covers only 5 chapters, so I will be OK for this time since I got a full mark on the last exam which covered 9 chapters. I am just afraid that the professor may ask us kinda unclear questions again. Last time, I got confused on some questions. But this time, we can use a calculator. In Japan, we don't usually use calculator even in math exam and calculate only by our hands. Since I had been calculating without it, being allowed to use it in the exam seems kinda weird to me, but I know it definitely helps me a lot.
By the way, as a matter of facts, since there are tons of stuff to be finish up even in the spring break, I guees I can get a rest on first three days. Hmmm.
I guess I gotta back to study. I hope the coffee works on me being capable to be up all night.(OK??)
I took an anatomy exam today. I did well, but there were some questions which I could choose two out of four choice(OK?). Plus, there also were a couple of vogue questions in the true/false parts that either of answers could be correct(????). Is that I felt so just because I couldnot understand English?? or Am I true there were some bad questions??
Anyway, I guess I gotta ask the professor in the next class. I am sure some people who took that exam are gonna complain about the ambiguity of those questions(Is ther better way to express here??)
Before I restart studying, I am gonna take a nap. I just can't wait a spring break!!

An anatomy exam is coming up soon! As usual, I have spent much time reviewing clinic stuff, so I am not ready for the exam yet, but I probally can handle this exam if I have strong will. The important part begins from now. This means that it's important to use my time efficiently so I can get through this week without any problem. I guess the point where I get sleepy is the moment of truth(Does this sentence make sense??)
Hey, my sweet spring break, wait a little bit for me!
How do you say "important point" in other word? crucial period //? crucial point // ? hard part //? real part? the moment of truth?
終わったー（OWATTA-(hold out the last letter)） That means you just finished up something big like your report which you have been working for a week.
Finally weekend is coming!! I can rest my brain and my body for a little bit. But actually by body are getting out of shape, so I am thinking to work out sometime in this weekend like resistance training or some Circuit training.
I hope my body gets back to high-school day's level. If I do say so myself, I had a good built when I had seriously played baseball.(Is OK?) But after being in college in Japan, especially after start drinking alcohols with my buddies, my body has been in decline (been decreasing? Been on a decline? How do you say here to make more sense??). What a wistful I am! (Natural to say??) I am still 23 and should have more muscular back and arms.
Anyway, since I came to United States that sometimes is called Sports power, I would like to start another new sports like tennis or golf which I can play with small number of people unlike baseball. I love it but it need at least 18 people to take place the game, so it's kind of difficult to take place the game or even just practicing. So I decided to challenge new sports! Tennis would be great. Golf also has attractions(is natural??), but playing it costs a little more than playing tennis. Well, I am hard to choose between the two now. Let's play both and chose after that!
Oh, I know there is no time to think about such a stupid stuff like the kind of sports I have never done yet. I just can try both! ha-ha. Anyway, I will try sometime in the near future. But now, I have to focus more on my assignments which are piled up ahead of me like a mountain....
